About Kardet

Kardet.com ("Kardet", "we") is operated by Madet s.p., Polanškova ulica 15, 1231 Ljubljana Črnuče, Slovenia. Kardet is a lead-generation marketplace: we connect car owners with independent car detailing businesses. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

What Kardet is — and isn't

Kardet does not perform car detailing services itself. Detailers listed on Kardet are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Kardet. Submitting a request through Kardet is free and creates no obligation for you to book with any detailer who responds.

No guarantee of quality or outcome

Kardet verifies basic business information for listed detailers, but does not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability or outcome of any service performed by a detailer. Any agreement you make with a detailer — including price, scope of work and scheduling — is between you and that detailer.

Acceptable use

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request or registering as a detailer.
• You agree not to use Kardet for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading or spam requests.
• Detailers agree to respond to requests in good faith and to represent their services accurately.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kardet is not liable for any damages, losses or disputes arising from services performed by a detailer found through our platform. Our platform is provided "as is," and we do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kardet after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
